Supplemental Educational Services
Supplemental Educational Services (SES) are additional academic instruction outside the school day or during the summer designed to increase the academic achievement of students. These services are free of charge to eligible students to improve academic performance in schools such as Williston School District that did not achieve Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) in mathematics or literacy.
If you are eligible and choose to participate, submit an application to Allen Brook or Williston Central School. Please read the notification letter for more information.
Identifying Eligible Students:
1) All students in the school that are eligible for the Free & Reduced Lunch program are eligible to receive SES:
a) regardless of whether they are meeting school academic expectations or not
b) regardless of whether a student is a member of a subgroup that did not make Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP)
c) regardless of whether the student is in a grade that takes the NECAP assessment
